What medication do you really need to bring for Hajj? I get this question a lot, so I’ve put together a checklist to help you prepare. This would be my personal advice. And no—you really don’t need to bring everything! This list can actually be useful for any international trip.

Tip: Always make sure to check in advance where the local health clinics and hospitals are located. And note your allergies!
